    Hi Jari, i grabbed your code tried to modify for apex 4.2==> using Text Field to filter shuttle control. Actually everything seem to work right but if i dont put any text in the filter /text field the LEFT shuttle is cleared, so i cascaded with % as default for TEXT FIELD but users might press enter key when its empty so it doesnt work. What might be the problem here sir? thank you.

    Yes, you can take code from this sample and modify it for APEX 4.2.

    Hi Jari, Then there must be another way to filter shuttle in apex 4.2 as shown in the old format(apex 3.2). Whenever some text is entered in the filter text field the shuttle shows those string patterns....what do you think? thanks

    Hi Scott,

    Sample application is for APEX version 3.2. It might not work on APEX 4.2.

    Jari, i need your valuable help on this shuttle filter please. i imported your sample to look at the code but somehow the imported version into apex 4.2 doesn't seem to work though it didnt show any error during import, can you kindly take a look at my app id= 64467 page 30, workspace=proj2010 userid/pwd=demo123/demo123 thanks and regards
